We’re excited to have you travel with us. These Guest Terms & Conditions are here to make sure everyone understands the important details that come with reserving and participating in a Travel Daddy Tours experience.
Please review them before booking. If you have questions about anything you read, we encourage you to contact us. We want every traveler to feel informed, prepared, and excited about the journey ahead.
1. Agreement and Acceptance
These Guest Terms & Conditions apply to travel experiences organized or sold by Travel Daddy Tours LLC.
Each trip may also have its own booking details covering dates, pricing, accommodations, inclusions, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation deadlines, and other trip-specific information. Those details are part of your agreement with Travel Daddy Tours.
If a trip-specific policy differs from these general Terms on matters such as pricing, dates, deposits, payment schedules, room arrangements, inclusions, or cancellation deadlines, the trip-specific policy will apply to that trip.
By booking, making a payment, electronically accepting these Terms, or participating in a Travel Daddy Tours experience, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the applicable Terms.
2. Reservations and Travelers
Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed once Travel Daddy Tours receives the required payment and accepts the reservation.
Minors may participate when permitted for a particular trip but must travel under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or another responsible adult authorized by the parent or guardian.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for completing any required consent forms, waivers, medical authorizations, or other documentation for participating minors.
3. Pricing, Packages and Room Occupancy
Pricing and room arrangements vary by trip. Packages may include single, double, triple, quad, or other occupancy arrangements depending on the experience and available accommodations.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing the applicable booking page carefully to understand the price, room arrangement, and what is and is not included in the package selected.
Prices may change before a reservation is confirmed because of supplier pricing, availability, taxes, fees, or other circumstances outside Travel Daddy Tours’ control.
Each trip will identify its required deposit, payment schedule, and final payment deadline.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits help Travel Daddy Tours begin securing the services necessary to operate an experience. Depending on the trip, this may include commitments or payments for transportation, accommodations, attractions, admission tickets, event space, meals, entertainment, and other travel partners and suppliers.
As a trip approaches, additional traveler payments may also be paid or committed to suppliers. For that reason, the amount available for refund following a cancellation may depend on when the cancellation occurs and which funds have already been committed or become non-refundable.
Travelers are responsible for making required payments by the deadlines shown on the applicable booking page or payment platform. Failure to keep a reservation current may result in cancellation.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that sometimes plans change. Our goal is to treat travelers fairly while also protecting the financial commitments required to operate the trip for everyone who is traveling.
Your initial deposit is non-refundable because Travel Daddy Tours begins making supplier commitments based on confirmed reservations.
If you need to cancel more than 90 days before departure, please contact Travel Daddy Tours as soon as possible. For payments made beyond your non-refundable deposit, Travel Daddy Tours will review your reservation and make reasonable efforts to refund amounts that have not already been paid or committed to suppliers and remain reasonably recoverable at the time of cancellation.
Because supplier payment schedules and cancellation policies vary, the amount available for refund will depend on when your cancellation is received and which trip expenses have already become committed or non-refundable.
If you cancel 90 days or fewer before departure, payments are generally non-refundable because substantial supplier commitments may have been made by this point. If Travel Daddy Tours is able to recover funds that would otherwise have been non-refundable, we may return those recovered amounts when reasonably possible. However, a refund cannot be guaranteed.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect your investment against unexpected circumstances that may prevent you from traveling.
Any exception, courtesy refund, credit, or accommodation offered in an individual situation does not change the cancellation policy for other reservations or future trips.
6. Traveler Substitutions
If you cannot travel, please contact us as soon as possible. In some circumstances, Travel Daddy Tours may allow you to transfer your reservation to another eligible traveler.
Substitutions must be approved in advance and may depend on hotel arrangements, attraction tickets, transportation manifests, supplier deadlines, name-change requirements, occupancy arrangements, and other trip-specific considerations.
Any supplier or administrative costs associated with an approved substitution are the responsibility of the traveler unless Travel Daddy Tours states otherwise.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every traveler.
Depending on the policy purchased, travel insurance may provide protection for circumstances such as trip cancellation or interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays, or baggage issues.
Insurance is provided and administered by independent insurance companies, not Travel Daddy Tours. Travelers are responsible for reviewing the coverage, exclusions, eligibility requirements, and deadlines of any policy they choose.
Travel Daddy Tours may ask travelers to acknowledge whether travel insurance was accepted or declined.
8. Airfare and Getting to the Destination
Unless specifically listed as included, airfare and transportation to and from the tour destination are not included in the tour price.
Travelers are responsible for arriving at the designated starting location by the required time.
When available, Travel Daddy Concierge may offer optional assistance researching or arranging flights for travelers and their travel parties. Airline fares, schedules, policies, cancellations, baggage requirements, and other airline matters remain subject to the policies of the airline or booking provider.
A lot of care goes into building every Travel Daddy Tours itinerary. Occasionally, circumstances may require us to make adjustments.
Schedules, restaurants, attractions, transportation, activities, venues, entertainment, or other itinerary components may change because of availability, weather, safety considerations, supplier changes, operational needs, or circumstances outside our control.
When reasonably possible, Travel Daddy Tours will work to provide a comparable alternative and preserve the overall quality and purpose of the experience.
Travel Daddy Tours works with independent businesses to provide many parts of your experience. These may include hotels, airlines, motorcoach companies, restaurants, museums, attractions, venues, guides, entertainment providers, and other travel partners.
These businesses operate independently and may have their own policies, schedules, rules, cancellation requirements, and waivers.
Travel Daddy Tours will work with our partners to coordinate your experience but cannot control every action, delay, schedule change, closure, cancellation, or service decision made by an independent provider.
11. Being on Time and Participating in the Itinerary
Group travel depends on everyone helping us stay on schedule.
Travelers are responsible for being at designated meeting and transportation locations at the announced times.
If a traveler arrives late, misses scheduled transportation, leaves the trip early, or chooses not to participate in an included activity, Travel Daddy Tours generally cannot provide a refund for the unused portion of the experience.
Any additional transportation, lodging, admission, meals, or other expenses required to rejoin the group or accommodate a traveler’s personal schedule are the traveler’s responsibility.
12. Health, Dietary and Accessibility Needs
We want travelers to have the information they need to prepare comfortably and confidently for the experience.
Please tell Travel Daddy Tours in advance about relevant mobility or accessibility needs, food allergies, dietary restrictions, or other considerations that may affect your participation.
Travel Daddy Tours will make reasonable efforts to communicate disclosed needs to our travel partners and help travelers understand available accommodations. However, accessibility and accommodation options can vary by destination, vehicle, venue, restaurant, and activity.
Travel Daddy Tours does not provide medical care, nursing services, or personal attendant services.
13. Respecting the Group and the Experience
Travel Daddy Tours is committed to creating experiences where travelers, staff, community partners, and local residents are treated with respect.
Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and follow reasonable safety instructions and supplier rules.
Serious behavior that threatens safety or significantly disrupts the experience—including violence, threats, harassment, illegal activity, dangerous conduct, or intentional property damage—may result in removal from an activity or the remainder of the trip.
A traveler removed for serious conduct reasons is responsible for resulting transportation, lodging, and other personal expenses and generally will not receive a refund for unused portions of the trip.
Some Travel Daddy Tours experiences may include opportunities where alcohol is available.
Travelers must comply with applicable age requirements and laws and are responsible for their own consumption and behavior.
Travel Daddy Tours may intervene when alcohol-related behavior creates a safety concern, violates supplier rules, or significantly disrupts the experience of the group.
15. The Normal Risks of Travel
Travel is exciting, but it can also involve circumstances that cannot always be predicted or prevented.
These may include illness, injury, weather, transportation delays or incidents, unfamiliar environments, changing local conditions, and risks associated with walking, sightseeing, transportation, recreational activities, and other parts of an itinerary.
Travelers are responsible for making reasonable decisions about their own participation and personal safety.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
16. Events Outside Our Control
Occasionally, travel can be affected by events that neither travelers nor Travel Daddy Tours can reasonably control. Examples include severe weather, natural disasters, public-health emergencies, transportation shutdowns, government actions, civil unrest, major supplier failures, or similar circumstances.
If something like this affects a trip, Travel Daddy Tours may need to modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel portions of the experience.
We will make reasonable efforts to work with suppliers to obtain available refunds, credits, substitutions, rescheduling options, or other solutions. The amount available to travelers may depend on supplier policies, funds already committed, amounts that can actually be recovered, and applicable law.
17. Release of Liability and Travel Waiver
Travelers will be required to review and complete a separate Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk & Waiver Agreement as a condition of participation.
The required waiver is separate from these Guest Terms & Conditions and explains in greater detail the normal risks and personal responsibilities associated with group travel and activities, including transportation, walking and sightseeing, visiting different venues, and participating in other experiences included in the itinerary.
The requirement to complete this separate waiver will be disclosed during the booking process. Travelers will receive the waiver in advance of departure and will have an opportunity to review it before the trip.
A traveler who does not complete the required waiver may not be permitted to participate in the trip or an affected activity. Failure or refusal to complete the required waiver does not automatically create a right to a refund when payments are otherwise non-refundable under the applicable cancellation policy.
Parents or legal guardians must complete any required documentation for participating minors.
18. If Travel Daddy Tours Cancels or Must Change a Trip
If Travel Daddy Tours cancels an entire trip for reasons within our reasonable control, we will communicate with affected travelers promptly and work toward an appropriate refund or other resolution, taking into consideration amounts paid, supplier commitments, and applicable law.
If a trip must be canceled, postponed, or substantially changed because of circumstances outside our reasonable control—such as severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, transportation shutdowns, public-health emergencies, civil unrest, or major supplier disruptions—we will work with our travel partners to recover available funds and pursue appropriate refunds, credits, rescheduling options, or other solutions.
What can ultimately be returned may depend on supplier policies, funds already committed, amounts recovered, and applicable law. Travel Daddy Tours will communicate available options to affected travelers as soon as reasonably possible.
19. Personal Property and Luggage
Travelers are responsible for keeping track of their luggage, identification, valuables, medications, electronic devices, and other personal belongings.
Please check hotel rooms, motorcoaches, restaurants, and activity locations before leaving.
Travel Daddy Tours cannot guarantee recovery or reimbursement of items that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged by a carrier, hotel, venue, supplier, another traveler, or other third party.
20. Travel Documents and Information
Travelers are responsible for reviewing their reservation information, names, dates, room selections, transportation details, and other confirmations and promptly notifying Travel Daddy Tours of errors.
For international experiences, travelers are responsible for obtaining required passports, visas, entry documents, vaccinations, authorizations, or other destination requirements.
Travel Daddy Tours may provide general guidance but cannot guarantee an individual traveler’s eligibility to enter or remain in another country.
21. Photos, Video and Memories
Photography and video are often part of the Travel Daddy Tours experience, and we love celebrating the memories our travelers make together.
Travel Daddy Tours may photograph or record portions of an experience for our website, social media, marketing, and promotional materials.
Travelers will be given an opportunity to communicate their media preference. If you prefer not to appear in Travel Daddy Tours promotional photography or video, please let us know so we can make reasonable efforts to respect that preference.
Permission from a parent or legal guardian will be required when applicable for the promotional use of images of minors.
22. Billing Questions and Payment Disputes
If you have a question or concern about a payment, cancellation, refund, or charge, please contact Travel Daddy Tours promptly.
We want the opportunity to understand the concern and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Travel Daddy Tours may maintain reservation confirmations, payment records, accepted Terms, communications, and related records for legitimate business and recordkeeping purposes.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where another jurisdiction’s law is legally required to apply.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit a traveler’s rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
24. Electronic Acceptance and Records
Travel Daddy Tours may use electronic signatures, checkboxes, booking-platform acknowledgments, and other electronic methods to document acceptance of these Terms and other travel documents.
Electronic acceptance may have the same effect as a handwritten signature where permitted by law.
Travel Daddy Tours may maintain reservation, payment, acknowledgment, waiver, and related records electronically for legitimate business, insurance, risk-management, and legal purposes.
These Guest Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable trip booking information, itinerary, payment terms, required waivers, and any written amendments, form the agreement governing the traveler’s reservation.
If one provision cannot legally be enforced, that does not automatically invalidate the remaining provisions.
Travel Daddy Tours’ decision to make an exception or not enforce a provision in one circumstance does not prevent us from applying the Terms in another circumstance.
CHICAGO 2027 — TRIP-SPECIFIC TERMS
The following additional terms apply specifically to the Travel Daddy Tours Culture of Legacy Tour — Chicago, June 25–28, 2027.
A $250 deposit per traveler is required to reserve your space and is non-refundable.
Deposits help Travel Daddy Tours begin securing the services required to operate the experience, including transportation, accommodations, attractions, admission tickets, venues, and other confirmed tour expenses.
The full tour balance is due no later than March 27, 2027 (90 days before departure).
Travelers participating in a payment plan are responsible for keeping payments current according to their selected schedule.
More than 90 days before departure
Your $250 deposit remains non-refundable.
For payments made beyond your deposit, Travel Daddy Tours will review your reservation and make reasonable efforts to refund amounts that have not already been paid or committed to suppliers and remain reasonably recoverable at the time of cancellation.
Because supplier payment schedules vary, the amount available for refund will depend on the timing of your cancellation and the financial commitments already made for the trip.
90 days or fewer before departure
Payments are generally non-refundable because substantial supplier commitments may have been made by this point.
If Travel Daddy Tours is able to recover funds that would otherwise have been non-refundable, we may return those recovered amounts when reasonably possible. However, a refund cannot be guaranteed.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect your investment against unexpected circumstances that may prevent you from traveling.
If you are unable to travel, please contact us as soon as possible. An approved substitution may be possible depending on timing, hotel arrangements, attraction tickets, supplier requirements, rooming arrangements, and availability.
Any substitution must be approved by Travel Daddy Tours before the reservation is transferred. Any supplier or administrative costs associated with an approved substitution are the responsibility of the traveler unless Travel Daddy Tours states otherwise.
Airfare to and from Chicago is not included in the tour package unless specifically stated otherwise.
Travel Daddy Concierge may offer optional assistance researching and arranging airfare for interested travelers and their travel parties. Airline fares and arrangements remain subject to the policies and terms of the applicable airline or booking provider.
We want you to understand your reservation and feel comfortable with the experience you’re purchasing. Questions are always welcome.
